The encouragement training in schools won the 1st prize at the Fairness Award in 2006
The benevolent cooperation between parents and teachers forms the basis for the harmonious development of the child, which in turn benefits the class community and the school atmosphere. The aim of the module, which is based on Alfred Adler's individual psychology, is to promote this basis and to make children aware that every person (classmates, teachers, parents) - like a mine - is rich in treasures , Finding these spiritual gemstones and grinding and polishing them together is the task of everyone who wants to get along well with others.
In encouragement training sessions, the children are treated to the following topics about games, exercises and discussions:

  • Project Look at the good
Seeing and naming the good and understanding the origins and effects of the defamationExperience a sense of belongingLeading and being ledDelivered with the classmatesDeveloping the willingness to get to know other people, making sure that nobody is excluded, encouraging parents and encouraging teachers
